Grades 9&10 Leadership Retreat

This past weekend, we held a fun and meaningful leadership retreat for grades 9 and 10! It was amazing to see our students diving into the heart of leadership and learning that true leadership is about building others up.

If you follow TCIS, you'll know that we value the building of leadership in our community. In fact, this is one of the three main ideals in our school motto: LEARN•LOVE•LEAD. From inspiring workshops to team-building activities, the retreat was focused on fostering the skills that help shape thoughtful, empowering leaders.

Remember, leadership isn’t just about taking the lead—it’s about lifting others and creating a supportive community where everyone thrives.
