SEW – Day One Kickoff

Dragon Drop Stories  September 18, 2023

Today marks the first day of Spiritual Emphasis Week (SEW) in our Secondary School!

This is a fun, highlight event of the year for most students – and for many good reasons. SEW is a three-day event in which we take time away from the usual academic schedule to focus on spiritual reflection and community building.

Teachers get to connect with students in a somewhat more casual way, new students get to connect with new people around games and small group discussions, and everyone is challenged to consider their own personal faith around the structure delivered by our Student Life Minister and the visiting speaker.

We are happy to have Pastor Tito and praise leader Jimmy joining us on campus again. They have a heart for God and are active in their ministries to share the good news and hope in relatable ways.

We wish everyone a very happy SEW. May you relax, relate, and make efforts to learn about those around you!
