Last week, the boys and girls TCIS basketball teams traveled to Hanoi, Vietnam – for the 2023 APAC Basketball Tournament. Thank you to UNIS•Hanoi for hosting this tournament.
As you may know, TCIS is a member of the Asia Pacific Activities Conference (APAC.) Twelve of the most highly-renowned international schools in Asia make up this international conference to offer events for enhanced competition and collaboration. It also provides opportunities for cultural exchanges between students and schools.
It was a fun time in Hanoi for playing basketball, but also a lot of fun going out into the local community and exploring the culture of Hanoi. There was some fantastic competition at the tournament and a lot of adventure for the teams.
Next week, TCIS will host musicians from these schools as they join us on our Techno Valley campus in Daejeon for the 2023 APAC Band event.
It is a busy Spring for international competition and collaboration at TCIS. We are so grateful to have the opportunities we do for international education and exciting experiences such as these.
