Last night we were blessed with one of the sweetest and most enjoyable evenings of the year – The Elementary Winter Arts Festival.
It was a lovely evening for all elementary parents, students, and faculty as we joined together in the Performing Arts Center for wonder musical performances and then spent time enjoying all of the beautiful student art pieces on display in the foyer.
The arts at this age are about new experiences and foundational learning about beauty and their ability to create it. These children will continue to grow in skill, but they are already learning that they can create beautiful things with their hands and voices – and THAT is something worth celebrating as a community.
Thank you to all students for your art and performance; we enjoyed it so much! You did very well, and we appreciate your bravery in performing on stage!
And thank you to all of the parents who joined us as we celebrated our children together as a community.
Enjoy the photos of these brave and talented young learners, Merry Christmas to you all!
