Head of School - Mr. Michael Moimoi

Welcome to Taejon Christian International School. As Head of School, it is my privilege to lead a community that has been educating students in Korea since 1958 – and to welcome families from many different backgrounds into the life of our school.

At TCIS, we make a simple but important promise to families: your child will be known, challenged, and prepared.

We want every student to be known as an individual, challenged purposefully in their learning, and prepared for university and a changing world. We want them to develop character and purpose, to grow as globally minded people, and to experience the genuine sense of belonging that comes from being part of a caring international community.

These commitments shape how we teach, how we care for students, and how we understand success. From the classroom to athletics, the arts, service, leadership, and boarding life, our goal is to help young people grow into knowledgeable, capable, compassionate people who are ready to Learn • Love • Lead.
