Grand Prize Winner
National Land and Transport Integrated Service Idea Contest
Dragon Drop Stories December 4, 2025
We are incredibly proud to celebrate TCIS Grade 12 student, Yunha Lee, who has been awarded the Grand Prize from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport (MOLIT) in the National Land and Transport Integrated Service Idea Contest!
Yunha’s groundbreaking project, “Ambulance Automation AI Agent System,” proposes a transformative redesign of Korea’s emergency patient transport network. Her AI-driven solution automates ambulance routing, hospital matching, capacity verification, and insurance processing – directly addressing Korea’s long-standing ER bounce-around issue.
Developed under the mentorship of Dr. Kim Inhi at KAIST, Yunha’s prototype already integrates real data systems such as Kakao Map API, Slack MCP, and Notion MCP. Her work allows paramedics to focus fully on patient care while AI agents manage the hospital logistics in real-time.
Yunha first began this research through a summer internship at KAIST, following recognition at the 2025 International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF). Now, with MOLIT’s Grand Prize and the project being considered for further development with a potential ₩100 million budget, her vision is drawing serious attention from government and academic leaders.
Yunha continues to impress with her drive, learning, and commitment to solving real-world problems. TCIS is honored to support students like Yunha – young leaders who are inspired and equipped to lead with purpose and make meaningful contributions beyond the classroom.
Please join us in celebrating this extraordinary achievement!
