Elementary STEAM Expansion

Dragon Drop Stories  September 3, 2026

A man stands proudly in front of a row of 3D printers on a shelf, with a window and blinds in the background.

Our Elementary School has just about doubled in size this year – and the opportunities available to our young learners are growing with it!

Alongside this significant expansion, TCIS is strengthening its Elementary STEAM program to give students more opportunities to explore, design, create, and solve problems. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we have added new 3D printers, MacBooks, and iPads that will help bring student ideas to life through hands-on learning.

We are also excited to welcome Mr. Chad Dandurand as our new Elementary STEAM Coordinator. His leadership will help guide the continued development of STEAM learning across the elementary grades.

This growth represents more than additional students and new technology. It reflects the confidence that more families are placing in a TCIS education. It is also an investment in learning that challenges students purposefully, prepares them for a rapidly changing world, and encourages curiosity from an early age.

Thank you to everyone whose generosity has helped make this exciting next chapter possible!
